You have 20 stores. You can't be in all of them.

Your GMs are running blind, your reports are always late, and by the time you see a problem — it's already cost you thousands.

📋

Your reports are manual and always late

Someone has to pull the numbers, build the spreadsheet, write the email — and by Monday morning, you're already a week behind. Nobody has time for that.

🤷

Your GMs know the numbers but not what to do

Sharing a report isn't coaching. Your GMs need to know exactly what action to take this week, with measurable targets — not just a dashboard to stare at.

📉

Problems compound for weeks before you see them

Labor creeping up 0.5% a week. SOS slipping 10 seconds. By the time it shows up in your P&L, it's been 8 weeks and you've left $30,000 on the table.

SBONet connected. First reports Monday. Zero IT.

Topline is SBONet's missing intelligence layer. No ripping out your back-office. No IT project. Connect in 15 minutes and your reports go out automatically every week.

🔌

Connect SBONet in 15 minutes

Native SBONet integration — the same system you already use every day. Plug it in, confirm your stores, set your team's emails. That's it. No spreadsheets, no exports, no IT ticket.

🤖

We turn your data into intelligence

Topline reads your SBONet data, identifies issues across every store — SOS above 280s, labor over budget, void rate spikes, OT creep — and writes prescriptive actions for each. Every week, automatically.

📬

Your team gets their marching orders Monday

You get the full operator briefing. Maine DMs (Jeff, Jennifer, Andrea, Delbert) and Ohio DMs (Mark, Elvin) each get a market-specific accountability snapshot — sales, labor vs their actual per-store goals, OT hours, and every open flag. Priority Calls panel tells you which stores need a phone call before Thursday. 7am Monday, every Monday, zero manual work.

Your first 30 days — step by step

No onboarding mystery. Here's exactly what arrives in your inbox, when it arrives, and what it tells you — from the first day you connect to the first month you wonder how you managed without it.

Day 1
🔌
15-minute setup. You're live.
Connect SBONet or Toast — we walk you through it in 15 minutes. Add your stores, set your team's email addresses, confirm your alert thresholds. That's it. We pull your historical data and start building your baseline immediately.
✓ SBONet / Toast connected ✓ Store roster configured ✓ Team email addresses set ⏳ Historical data importing…
Mon 7am
📬
Your inbox. 7:00am. Five reports, zero spreadsheets.
First Monday after connecting, your full report suite lands automatically. You see your entire portfolio at a glance — which stores are red, which are green, and exactly what to do about the red ones. Your DMs get their accountability snapshot. Every GM gets a personalized action card telling them their #1 priority this week.
📊 Operator Briefing ⏱ SOS Trend Report 📦 Inventory Variance 🗂 DM Accountability Snapshot 📋 GM Action Cards (per store)
Week 2
📈
First trend lines. First "we would have missed that."
Week 2 reports include your first week-over-week comparison — which stores improved, which slipped, and whether last week's action cards moved the needle. The AI starts identifying patterns: the store whose labor creeps every Thursday, the GM who consistently improves after a coaching week.
✓ Week-over-week delta analysis ✓ Action card follow-through tracking ✓ First pattern identification
Day 30
🎯
Four weeks in. The accountability loop is running.
By Day 30 you have four full weeks of trend data, a ranked view of which DMs and GMs act on their cards and which don't, and a baseline to measure everything against going forward. Most operators identify at least one significant issue in Week 1 or 2 that they would have caught 6 weeks later — or not at all.
✓ 4-week rolling trends ✓ DM accountability rankings ✓ Issues identified vs. issues resolved ✓ Baseline established for YOY comparison
💡
Average client ROI turns positive in weeks, not months.

Most operators catch a recoverable labor or SOS issue in the first two reports. At a typical 20-store franchise, one 1% labor catch pays for 3 months of Topline. The payback period doesn't start at Day 30 — it starts the first Monday your reports land.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Twelve purpose-built modules — proven on Legacy F&B's 20-store Wendy's operation across Maine and Ohio — covering every layer of franchise intelligence, from live KPIs to automated email delivery.

🏠

Portfolio Overview Dashboard

Live KPI cards across all stores — one view to know where you stand right now.

What you get
Four headline KPIs: Total Net Sales, Avg Labor % vs Goal, Avg Drive-Thru SOS (seconds), and Portfolio TPMH — each color-coded green/yellow/red so problems are instant to spot.
🗺️

Maine vs Ohio Market Split

Side-by-side market comparison with market-appropriate SOS and labor benchmarks built in.

What you get
Separate KPI cards per market — Sales, YoY%, Labor vs Goal, Avg SOS, TPMH, and active alert counts. Maine and Ohio targets are different; Topline applies the right benchmark for each automatically.
📊

Daily Sales Chart with YoY Labels

Bar chart showing every day's sales vs prior year — see exactly which day slipped and by how much.

What you get
7-day bar chart with YoY % label per bar, color-coded green/red. Tied to your selected date range (This Week, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, or a custom From/To window).
💰

Weekly Impact Summary

Topline quantifies the exact dollar cost of every inefficiency — not just flags, but dollar amounts with an ROI multiple.

What you get
Identified exposure broken into: Labor Overrun $, OT Premium $, Schedule Overage $, Void Exposure $. Annualized projection included. Shows your Topline ROI multiple — dollars found vs dollars paid — every week.
👥

DM Accountability — Split by Market

Each district manager gets their own accountability row — visible, measurable, and market-specific.

What you get
Maine DMs (Jeff, Jennifer, Andrea, Delbert) and Ohio DMs (Mark, Elvin) displayed in separate tables. Each row: Sales, YoY%, Labor vs Goal, OT Hours, TPMH, Avg SOS, and Alert count. Color-coded red/yellow. No guessing who's carrying underperformers.
📞

Priority Calls Panel

Topline tells you which stores need a phone call today — before the problem compounds another week.

What you get
Auto-surfaces stores with 2+ active flags (e.g., SOS Critical + Labor Over Goal). Urgency level displayed: "Call Today" or "Call This Week." All active flags listed per store so your DM walks into the call already briefed.
🧠

Weekly Intelligence Briefing

Auto-generated narrative report — red, yellow, and green insights across every store, every week.

What you get
AI-written text briefing: worst SOS store, biggest labor overrun, schedule overage, TPMH decliners, YoY traffic drops, and what's improving. Reads like your COO summarized the week. Pulls directly from live SBONet data.
🔔

Active Alerts Panel

Real-time alerts across your portfolio — filterable by market so your Maine and Ohio teams stay focused on their stores.

What you get
Alerts for: SOS Critical/Elevated, Labor Over Goal, Excess OT, High Void Rate, TPMH Critical. Filter by All / Maine / Ohio. Red alerts surface first. Threshold logic: Maine SOS <300s green, <400s yellow; Ohio <200s green, <250s yellow.
🏆

Store Rankings with 4-Week Drill-Down

Maine and Ohio ranked separately — click any store to expand four consecutive weeks of history.

What you get
Full table per market: Net Sales, vs Projection, YoY%, Labor%, vs Goal, OT hrs, TPMH, Drive-Thru SOS, Digital Mix %. Click any store row to expand a 4-week trend table with the same columns — spot patterns before they compound.
🎯

Labor vs Actual Goal (Not SBONet Budget)

Your real per-store targets — not the inaccurate SBONet budget field that most operators have already given up on.

What you get
Per-store monthly labor goals loaded from your actual ops targets. Every store compared against its own specific goal. Red/yellow/green labor status is accurate at the store level — not a portfolio average. SBONet's budget field is overridden entirely.
📧

9 Automated Email Reports

Nine scheduled reports land in the right inboxes automatically — daily and weekly, zero manual work.

What you get
Daily Report, SOS Trend, Ops Improvement, Operator Briefing, Inventory Variance, Maine Digital, Ohio Digital, Store Rankings Leaderboard, Labor Early Warning Alert. Dashboard shows each report's last sent time and live status (Active / Error).
📅

Date Range Picker + SOS Thresholds

Analyze any time window you want — with the right SOS benchmarks already applied per market, every time.

What you get
Quick-select: This Week, Last Week, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days. Custom From/To picker. All KPIs, charts, rankings, and alerts recalculate instantly. Maine SOS: <300s green, <400s yellow. Ohio SOS: <200s green, <250s yellow. Thresholds are non-negotiable — baked in by market.

Does Topline pay for itself?

Spoiler: it pays for itself if it catches one labor issue per quarter. Run your numbers below.

Your Portfolio

THE MATH
A 1% labor improvement at an average QSR store generating $1.5M/year in net sales = $15,000 saved per year per store.

At 20 stores, that's $300,000/year in potential labor savings vs $120,000/year for Essentials.

You need to catch one labor issue per quarter per store to break even. Topline catches issues every week.
📊 Your ROI Estimate
Annual Topline investment $120,000
Est. labor savings (1% improvement) $300,000
Savings needed to break even 0.40%
Estimated annual net benefit
$180,000
* Based on 1% labor cost improvement across your portfolio. Does not include SOS improvements, void rate reduction, or food cost savings — all additional upside.
Actual results depend on your starting labor %, operational discipline, and how many issues Topline helps you catch and fix.

Common questions

Does it work with SBONet?
Yes — native SBONet integration is the core of Topline. SBONet is where virtually every Wendy's franchise group manages their daily back-office data, and Topline plugs into it directly. Setup takes 15 minutes. No IT project, no data exports, no spreadsheets. You connect, and Topline starts pulling your store data automatically. For Wendy's operators, SBONet integration is included in every plan at no additional cost.
Does it work with other Wendy's reporting tools?
Topline is designed as SBONet's missing intelligence layer — it reads what SBONet already captures and turns it into action. It doesn't replace SBONet or any other Wendy's system. Your QCD scores, SOS data, labor reporting, and void tracking all stay where they are. Topline just automates the analysis that currently lives in spreadsheets, Monday calls, and DM emails.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes to connect SBONet. We walk you through it on a quick call. Your first automated reports will be in your inbox within 24 hours — no waiting, no IT project, no implementation consultant.
Do you replace my existing reports?
No. Topline sits on top of SBONet and your existing systems and automates the analysis layer. SBONet still runs exactly as it does. We just eliminate the manual work of pulling, formatting, interpreting, and distributing the data every week — and add the prescriptive action layer that SBONet reports don't include.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We never share data between clients. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each franchise group's data lives in an isolated environment. We follow SOC 2-aligned security practices and can provide our security documentation on request.
Who built this, and why should I trust it?
Topline was built by Neal Wadhwa — Managing Partner of Legacy F&B (20 Wendy's stores across Maine and Ohio) and a Wendy's Franchise Association board member. Neal's partner Aneil is on the QSCC board. This wasn't built by a SaaS team that studied QSR from the outside. It was built by an operator who needed it, proven on his own portfolio, and is now opening it to the Wendy's community he's part of.
What if I have more than 50 stores?
Contact us for enterprise pricing. We work with larger franchise groups and can customize reporting structure, DM hierarchy, and pricing for 50+ store operations. Email neal@legacy-cp.com.
